Have you experienced the loss of a child or know someone who has? Would you simply like to support a local South Australian charity and enjoy a coastal walk with members of our community? If the answer is YES to either of these questions why not register to participate in

SIDS and Kids SA, "The Coastal Walk of Support" 

This year, SIDS and Kids SA are hosting a stand-alone event to raise funds DIRECTLY to support the service provisions offered to our South Australian Community.  With the uncertainty of City-Bay 2021, and the financial pressures of high registration fees, we have designed an event on the SIDS and Kids SA Calendar to cater for families, friends and peers who would like to honour a child or simply support our organisation. 

Note: SIDS and Kids SA WILL NOT be entering a Team into the 2021 City-Bay Event.


  • Start Point: 10am - Harold and Cynthia Reserve, West Beach - Meet under the Marquee and register through signing in with our QR Code and greeting at the Memorial Table.

  • Parking - Street Parking and carparking at the Surf Life Saving Club available for participants.

  • Coffee Van and Water - Purchase a morning cuppa and collect your free bottle of water from the Marquee to prepare for the coastal walk.

  • The Walk: 10:15am - 10km Loop from Harold and Cynthia Reserve, along coastline path to the Glenelg Jetty and back to the Marquee at the Harold and Cynthia Reserve.

  • The Finish Line - Check-in with our Staff at the Marquee to receive your free Goodie Bag!

  • Refreshments: 12:30pm - SIDS and Kids SA will provide a light lunch, water and drinks at the end of the Walk.

"The Virtual Walk of Support."

In line with the 'Coastal Walk of Support', join the Virtual Community to take your steps towards supporting South Australian Bereaved Families on Sunday, November the 14th, anytime between

7am and 11pm.


(Unlike City-Bay, 100% of Registration

fees come to SIDS and Kids SA)

  • Choose your distance, location and upload your pics with our Virtual Community to social Media using #coastalwalkofsupport

  • Take part between 7am and 11pm on Sunday the 14th of November.

100% of the registration fees and fundraising efforts come back
